Shipping Policy
- We make every effort to ship orders the same or next business day after orders are placed. Exceptions include weekends, holidays, and inclement weather which may take up to 3 business days to ship.
- Order tracking will be emailed once order is shipped.
- Please contact Hey Honey Marketplace at jennifer@heyhoneymarketplace.com with any order tracking questions.
- Any unclaimed, refused or undeliverable packages returned to Hey Honey Marketplace will only be reshipped at buyers expense. If order remains unclaimed, a refund will be processed less shipping costs to the original form of payment to buyer.
- We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages sent to a wrong address as a result of incorrect entry entered at checkout. Buyer is always advised to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
- Hey Honey Marketplace is not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label provided by Hey Honey Marketplace, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
