Hey Honey Marketplace Return Policy
We hope you absolutely love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our return policy carefully before sending any items back.
🚨 Final Sale Items
ALL Final Sale and Last Call items are FINAL SALE – no returns, exchanges, or store credit will be given for these items.
Exchanges
Love the item but need a different size? Due to high order volume and fast sell-through, we cannot process direct exchanges.
We recommend placing a new order for the correct size as soon as possible to secure availability.
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a store credit gift card to use toward your future purchase. Our gift cards never expire!
Returns for Store Credit
  • Eligible returns will receive store credit only in the form of an electronic gift card.
  • Refunds to original payment methods are not available.
  • Store credit will reflect the purchase price of returned items (minus any shipping or return label fees, if applicable).
Return Guidelines
To be eligible for return:
  • All return packages must be postmarked within 14 business days of the date you receive your shipment. Returns after 14 business days will not be accepted.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of makeup, deodorant, animal hair, and smoke odors, and with all original tags attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
  • Items not meeting these standards will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
  • ❌ Non-Returnable Items (for hygienic reasons):
    Jewelry, hats, bralettes, robes, pajamas, blankets, pillows, hair accessories, bath bombs, seamless undergarments, leggings, and Barefoot Dreams loungewear & blankets.
How to Return an Item
You have two return options:
Option 1: Pre-Paid Return Label
  • Email us at jennifer@heyhoneymarketplace.com
     with subject line: Return Label Request.
  • Include your order number, name, and the item(s) you want to return.
  • We will email you a pre-paid return label.
  • A $5.95 postage fee will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Once your return is received and processed, you’ll be emailed your gift card.
    (Pre-paid labels are only available for U.S. orders.)
Option 2: Ship It Yourself
  • Circle the item(s) being returned on your packing slip and include it in your return package.
  • Fold items neatly and place them back in their garment bag if possible.

  • We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance. Hey Honey Marketplace is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
  • Once received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Store credit will then be emailed to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at jennifer@heyhoneymarketplace.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can assist you quickly.
