Waitlist Policy
To keep our waitlist fair and efficient, we ask that all waitlisted items be paid for and either picked up in-store or arranged for shipping within 72 hours of notification.
- Customers will be notified by phone, shopify, socials, email, or text (based on information provided).
- If payment and pickup/shipping are not completed within 72 hours, the item will be returned to the sales floor and made available to the next customer on the waitlist.
- Prepaid shipping fees (if applicable) must be settled at the time of payment.
- Failure to respond to waitlist notifications may result in removal from future waitlist opportunities.
